I. What will I receive?
We will send you the full product needed to for your keyboard. The set includes: a key, a hinge, and a cup.
II. How do I choose the right hinge?
There are many types of hinges. Identical keyboardsoften use different kinds of hinges.
III. How do I find the right key?
Method 1: Choose the producer of your laptop from the list on the left side of screen. Next, select the model and series  (this information should be on your laptop). You will be directed to a page which includes all the types of keyboards used in this laptop model.
Method 2: Type your keyboard model in the browser on our home page.
Method 3: Send us a photo of the empty space on your keyboard.
IV. How can I check if a key is available?
After selecting the keyboard, all the possible types of hinges used in this model are displayed. On the left side of every type of hinge is picture of the keyboard, which can be enlarged. Keys that are not available at this moment are displayed as white gaps in this picture.
V. Are the keys new?
Most of the keys come from recycling. All photos posted on our website show the actual condition of keyboards that we have. You can see how a single key looks like.
VI. When will I receive the product?
All shipments are sent by post no later than 1 day after receiving a bank transfer on our account. The table below shows the dates of delivery:

VII. How the keys are sent?
The keys are packed in bubble bags and shipped in envelopes.
VIII. Is it possible to buy a key that is presently unavailable?
If your keyboard is not available, you can contact us. The email should contain: - a photo of the keyboard, a photo of the hinge, a description of the keyboard model (as detailed as possible). There is a high probability of matching the right key. If it is not possible, we encourage you to visit our website regularly because the key may be available soon.
IX. Is it possible to fix a damaged key or hinge?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Broken items are too small to be suitable for gluing.
X. What is the cost of shipping when you buy a key and a heavier product (eg. compressed air)?
Shipping cost are always the same regardless of the number and weight of purchased products.
XI. Is it possible to pick up a key personally?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We send products only by post.
XII. What if I have  a keyboard  with a regional layout (German, Danish, Italian etc.)? Is it possible to purchase a key with a letter in such a language?
We also have keyboards with other than standard layouts. If you have not found the appropriate key in the store, please contact us.
XIII. How can I pay for purchased products?
You can pay by: Skrill, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.
XIV. What happens if I choose an unsuitable key? Can I return it?
Of course. If a key does not match your keyboard or you are unsatisfied with it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please inform us about it in advance and then send it by post to:
