Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Start and duration of the withdrawal period

The 14-day period begins on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where goods from one order are delivered separately, in lots or in pieces, the period begins when the last good, lot or piece is received. For regular delivery of goods during a defined period, it begins when the first good is received.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Store, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Online withdrawal function

For a contract concluded through the Store's online interface, you may also use the electronic withdrawal function made available in that interface. After the statement is submitted using that function, the Seller will acknowledge its receipt without undue delay on a durable medium.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by applicable law, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
